This user sold me a TikTok Business Center (BC 30) account that was previously sold to another person. Because of this, multiple ad accounts became unusable and suspended, yet they refused to take responsibility for the remaining balance or issue a replacement account. When I pressed them on this issue, they denied all allegations.
I strongly advise exercising extreme caution with this agency. They falsely presented themselves as a standard rental service but kept demanding additional money. Do not mistake them for a legitimate agency—they are highly irresponsible and untrustworthy. To make matters worse, I first contacted them on September 13th, but the other accounts had already been suspended as early as September 4th. Please do not use this agency. Please find the attached evidence for your review
