Here's how it works.
No upfront cost. You pay nothing to start. We run the whole off-page campaign on our dime.
We get a percentage of revenue growth, not your total revenue. Before we start, we take the trailing six-month average of your store's revenue. That's the floor. Everything above that floor, we share a percentage of. The floor stays yours. We only get paid when you're making more than you were before we showed up.
Full backend access is required. This is eCommerce only. We need read access to your store analytics (Shopify, WooCommerce, whatever you're on) so both sides see the same numbers. No guessing, no self-reported figures, no arguing every month about what counts. The number is the number. If you're not willing to give analytics access, this one isn't for you.
Keep running your ads, your email, your promos. We're not asking you to stop anything you've already got going. We're not auditing your channels either. The six-month floor already accounts for whatever you were running, so if you want to scale ads on top of that, go for it. That's your call.
12-month contract, signed, billed monthly. Every month we look at revenue above the floor and invoice the agreed percentage. That percentage is locked in before we start. It doesn't get renegotiated month to month.
We're picky about who we take. We're not signing everyone. We want clean, legit eCommerce stores in the niches above where there's real room to grow. If we don't see the upside, we'll pass, no hard feelings.
