Do aged Google Ads accounts really have an advantage when running crypto ads?

I know that most people prefer to use aged accounts for running crypto, but at the same time, I have also seen people using new accounts and still getting good results.

Here is my personal opinion:

Old account + cloaking + certification = good results
New account + warm-up + cloaking + certification = possible good results

I’m not sure if my understanding is correct. I would appreciate any advice, experiences, or different opinions from the community.

I use fresh Google Ads accounts, warm them up properly, and also run a warm-up campaign for 2–3 days. The process looks roughly like this:
Fresh account (4 days old) + a $10 warm-up campaign (2–3 days) + cloaking = the final result.
In reality, there are a lot of small details that make a huge difference. If you don’t know those nuances, it’s very difficult to get stable performance and keep the accounts running properly.
You haven't even set up the certificate?

In my experience, you need an account with an increased spending limit (e.g., $2, $50, or $100) and a credit line payment method. Most importantly, you need financial or cryptocurrency-related certification to run ads

Yes, account history can help but it is not the only factor because compliance and consistent campaign activity matters a lot too.

age helps a bit with trust but its way overrated imo. seen 2 year old accounts get nuked in a day and fresh ones run for months

what actually matters for crypto is the certification and a clean billing/business profile that matches it. once thats in place google doesnt care much how old the account is

the accounts i see dying fast are the ones where the LP doesnt match what was approved. thats what gets you, not the age

I’ve tried it as well, but most of the ads weren’t approved. Even when they were approved, the account would usually be suspended one or two days later.

Aged accounts usually have more trust but new accounts can still work if the setup is clean and compliant warmup alone will not fix a risky offer or bad account history

I wouldn’t say that aged Google Ads accounts always perform well. A lot depends on the payment profile. If you buy an aged account with a closed payment profile and then create a new one, you still need to build up some trust and activity on it first.
