So i posted this thread on Dropshipping & Wholesale Hookups section but got no response so posting it here in hope someone can guide or share some insight with me.

I’m thinking about getting into the replica business and wanted to ask people here who have actually been doing it for a while for some genuine advice.

I’m still at the research stage right now and honestly there’s so much information out there that I’m not really sure what to focus on first.

The main thing I’m trying to figure out is marketing. For those of you already selling in this market, what has actually worked for you in terms of paid and organic marketing? Is it worth running ads from the start or is it better to build up some organic traffic first? And which platforms have worked best for you?

I’m also trying to understand how people find good suppliers. I know everyone says to find a reliable supplier, but what should I actually be looking for when dealing with them? Things like quality, consistency, shipping times, communication, minimum orders, etc. If anyone has any general advice on how to properly find a supplier, that would help a lot.

I’m also not really sure where to start with the actual store side of things. Would you guys recommend starting with something like shopify or woocommerce?

Another thing I’m unsure about is whether it’s better to start with a few products and see how they do or launch with a bigger selection from the beginning.

I’d also appreciate any advice on pricing, margins, getting the first few customers and eventually scaling the business.

Basically, if you’ve been in this business for a while, what would you tell someone who is just starting out? What mistakes did you make when you first started that i should try to avoid?

I’m not expecting anyone to give away their suppliers or anything like that. Just looking for genuine advice and some direction before I put money into it.

Appreciate any advice.

i will suggest starting with the store and customer side first rather than putting money into ads immediately so test a small selection and learn more on what people actually respond to.

Your question is really broad. I might not answer direct or straightforward, but you are sure to pick a thing or two when I am done. First, start with organic traffic, that's were the foundation really is, the more people you have coming in...these are thesame people who will buy tomorrow. Shopify is broader and hold promise for replica given the huge customer base it has. I would also say, start small, test the water and see where the bait bites the most. A few assortment of goods will do. Also crawl shopify and see what people are buying the most or, just do GPT search in that regards then flow with the response. On pricing, since its replica, you will have to pitch low yet your products should be what's needed and in demand. Finally, get a good AI agent and brainstorm your ideas with it. It's what I do always. It helps. I wish you luck and do hope your business succeeds

When you say test a small selection, how would you personally go about testing it? would you start with organic content and see which products get the most interest or would you actually try to get some initial sales before deciding whats worth focusing on?

Thanks bro, theres actually a lot in there that i hadnt thought about. when you say crawl shopify to see what people are buying, what exactly do you mean by that? Are you using any specific tools or websites for product research or are you just looking at existing stores and seeing what products they're pushing?

Also when you say start with organic traffic, what would you personally focus on first to get that initial traffic?
