Just wanted to write a little review based on my quick test just now.
I signed up for the Aurora card. I made a deposit with USDT ETH for $100. Once all the fees had been taken off including the one off payment for the card I was left with $66. The card was activated and I loaded the remaining funds and added it to Google pay and followed the instructions on the user dashboard. I verified it via email as instructed and the code came through seconds later. I then made a purchase with it via Google pay, one more verification was asked of me, I had to scan a QR with my my phone as I was using the computer. It all worked great, the payment went through fine.
Overall the whole process was easy, the fee's are reasonable and the card looks like it will serve me well going forward. I think this is a service that I will use often as I have a bit of spare crypto sitting around doing nothing.
