How do you deal with 1 star Reviews?

First verify whether it came from a real customer and whether it breaks the platform’s rules. If it’s valid, reply once without arguing: acknowledge the specific issue, offer a private way to resolve it, then fix whatever caused the complaint. If it violates policy, report it with evidence. Simple

I don't really care because I'm a nice person...

If your client gets 1 star review, then how do you approach this?
If it is fake, report the review and do necessary things to get rid of it

If it is legit, respond to the review promptly and ask them to contact you via email or phone and try to resolve it by providing a better service. (Success rate is low, though.)

Reply calm and fix the real issue if it's legit. If it's clearly fake I report it but I don't waste time fighting every bad review.

usually try to resolve the issue first and only report it if the feedback actually violates the platform policy

when it happens, i cry like a baby and book a therapy section

You probably just need to fix it or address the customer that left that one-star review. Otherwise you just need to bottle up and focus on all other areas of the business so that you can drive more impact, which trancids to you having more positive reviews from your customers. Apart from that I will just ask you to respond to it in a very professional way and you let the other good reviews be

Depends on which platform the review is, if its on a site where it weighs alot i will try to either contact the person and make it good or if its unright have it deleted.

first try to sort the issue out directly and use the report option only when the feedback clearly breaks the platforms rules

If its legit review, try to fix whatever caused it. Once the issue is actually sorted you can ask the customer if they’re willing to update the review

Step 1: Respond to them in a friendly tone and see if you can resolve it. Reach out to the person.
Step 2: If after 1 month, you can't connect with them, edit your response to include the steps you took and a detailed description (without revealing personal details) the issue, how you tried to resolve it.

The 2nd step is important that you keep a friendly tone and show to other people looking at your reviews, you tried to remedy it. Remember the user can also edit their review, so don't try to lie - it can get easily called out and become messier.

id reply calmly, fix the issue if its legit and ask the customer to update the review after, thats usually the best way imo.
