Mistakenly deleted my website from Google Adsense

Adsense is so crazy that they might have higher requirements for your site now even though it was initially approved.

This is why it's good for companies like these to have human support staff.

You shouldn't have to re-apply, it should have been a support issue.

Usually it takes as much time as your previous one took to get approved.

That’s why people no longer user Adsense like before . No human support, no online community with Google admins to assist you

It’s dumb
 
if the account good history you can try contacting support and explain what happened.otherwise you can apply again but approval process can take some time these days.

If it was approved few months before and you did not make any big changes resently, it will get approved. There is no need to worry about it.
