just put the link in your bio or use a link in bio tool a lot of people do it that way without a business account

Business account isn't an actual business. Its just a free toggle in TikTok's settings, no paperwork or legal company needed.
in the case u cannot use an affiliate link for whatever reason i would say you should concentratte on growing your audience first, not on finding a way around the system imposed by tiktok. the idea here is to make the content so valuable that the viewers will ask u where they can purchase the product nd then use a legitimate link.

A business account is pretty much the fastest shortcut to get a clickable link right away, and Tiktok does not ask for any business papers to switch over. I would probably still build at least a minimal audience on a personal profile first though, a link does not do much good when you are sitting at zero views, and once you get some initial traction or hit 1500 followers, converting that traffic becomes a lot more realistic anyway

you don’t need a registered business to promote affiliate links on tiktok. use a creator account, disclose that it’s an affiliate link, and put it in your bio or use tiktok shop if it’s available in your region.

you don’t necessarily need a registered business to promote affiliate offers. I’d focus on organic content first and use the profile link if your account has that option.
make the videos useful rather than pushing the offer too hard, and always follow TT's affiliate disclosure rules.

Yes you don’t necessarily need a registered business and check the link options available on your account and make sure your affiliate content follows TikTok’s advertising and disclosure policies.
