However, I believe that these links from Wikipedia do not have follow attribute, and hence, I do not think they will directly impact on the ranking.

The indirect effect might be in the form of entity recognition and referral traffic.

I would consider Wikipedia to be an authority signal rather than a traditional "link juice" tool.
