How often do you post on a Facebook page?

I'm curious what posting frequency people have found comfortable without the content starting to feel repetitive.
Maintain a schedule of one post per day. Posting consistently also helps boost the recommendation rate.

I was reading a book about social media, and it suggested posting 2-5 times per week, not more and not less.

According to the book, this resulted in the highest engagement , maximum support from facebook, Instagram algorithm to your page.

For my social pages, I try to stay within that range. You can test those numbers yourself and see if it improves engagement for you. At least for me, it has worked pretty well.

Three times a week is reasonable; it keeps your account active while preventing the content from becoming repetitive or boring

for most accounts, 3–5 posts a week is a good starting point without burning out your audience. focus more on changing the hook and format than just posting every day, otherwise it can feel repetitive pretty fast.

depends a lot on the niche but landed on 3 4x a week as the balance that works enough to stay visible n keep momentum without running dry on ideas.

reposts or filler just to hit a schedule consistency matters but forcing volume past that point just waters everything down.
