I post short reels twice a day same time like 08:00 and 20:00. Which get me better audience responses. Your time could be differ.

It’s better to focus on consistency than volume. If the content is comedic pages, I would try running one solid post per day for a couple of weeks and measure my reach, engagement, and relention.

You should post as frequently as possible while ensuring the content engages viewers; aim to find material you can post daily, while reserving specialized content for once or twice a week.

I never does have a fixed number tbh. when i have something interesting to post then I will definetly post it otherwise i would rather miss one day than pollute the screen with something useless.

Usually 1–2 times a day depending on the page and how much content I have.
When it comes to pages I run I always value spaces over the number of posts per day. In my opinion a post that can generates a conversation is worth the wait.

This depends on your goals: are you looking to build the page, or simply maintain its traffic?

A consistent schedule seems to work best but there's no universal number. I'd focus on posting when you have something useful or relevant to share while leaving enough space between posts to avoid repeating the same ideas.
I usually prepare the content in advance and post about three times a week.

Currently, achieving organic reach on Facebook is quite difficult. I don't think the frequency or timing of your posts matters as much as the content you are targeting.

I usually post a video every 2–3 days. What matters is viewer retention, not the frequency of your posts.

For most Facebook pages, 1 to 2 quality posts per day is the sweet spot. Over-posting can actually cannibalize your organic reach because Meta's algorithm tests your content against a smaller initial audience pool; if engagement drops, subsequent posts get pushed down
In essence I does not go after a set number at all for now . If there was any thing that was worthy to be posted then I will goes ahead and post it.

Maintain a schedule of one post per day. Posting consistently also helps boost the recommendation rate.
