Greetings everyone!

I'm trying to establish myself as a leader in my field on LinkedIn, however, I can't seem to get the hang of it. What are some tips and tricks to get engagement and people to actually interact with what I have to say?

Anything helps!

Find your distinct viewpoint or niche, and consistently deliver valuable insights through your posts to establish yourself as a go to resource in your field.

Be authentic, add value, engage with others' content, and post consistently — people connect with real voices!

try posting like you talk, not like a robot. people connect more when it feels real. share quick lessons, mistakes, or stories from your day. ask questions too, gets people to comment. and reply back to everyone who interacts. post 2-3 times a week and show up in others’ comments. it stacks over time.

it is important to be less concerned with gaining likes and to be known for only one topic. one should share their views nd results frequently. if somebody leaves a comment, it is important not to just say thanks but to continue the discussion as well. these little discussions could earn more credibility than one thousand passivelly viewed posts.

i would not be worried about being a thought leader but instead concentrate on helping people out. post a little story, some experiennce or just give an opinion along with ur reasoning. there is a much better chance that you will receive a comment if there is something to talk about.

i would share posts on what you have tried instead of replying back on what is already being seen by all through the linkedIn page. the reason behind that is even though the outcome was not good, what u have learned from the expperience will attract people towards ur posts.

Try sharing things you've actually learned at work instead of posting general tips everyone already knows. A small example or mistake you learned from can get people talking. Also, reply to comments and stick to a few topics so people start recognizing what you post about.
