For me performance instability is a headache, When I increase the budget on some ads they don't perform as well, as they used to.

Meta’s identity verification and certain appeal processes are among the most difficult hurdles.
 
Unexpected restrictions combined with vague support responses are definitely the biggest head-ache. You can run completely clean ads for weeks, and then get hit with a restriction out of nowhere. Trying to guess what triggered the algorithm makes appealing almost like a coin toss.
 
Identity verification this year is driving me crazy; many of my pages can no longer add people because they have to verify via WhatsApp.
 
The challenge still stems from Facebook. If Meta maintains the status quo and doesn't run scans, things will remain stable from start to finish.
 
Automated bans without any explanation are definitely the #1 headache right now. When appealing feels like a coin toss, playing the long game is nearly impossible.
 
For me, unexpected restrictions are probably the biggest headache because they can happen even when the account seems to be operating normally. The appeal and verification process can also take time, so keeping account details consistent and avoiding risky activity is important
 
For me, the biggest issue is inconsistent performance and random restrictions. Even when everything looks normal, reach or ad delivery can suddenly drop, and figuring out the reason isn't always clear. The appeal process can also take longer than expected
