Most lead giveaways here are 50,000 rows of recycled email addresses. You know how that ends — half bounce, the rest were sold to twenty other people in 2023, and nobody on the list is a buyer.
I'm giving away something smaller and considerably more useful: 50 US roofing companies that have no website at all.
Not "outdated website." Not "bad website." No website listed on their Google Maps profile. The website column in the file is empty on every single row, because that's the filter the whole list was built on.
Why that matters more than volume
If you sell web design, SEO, or Google Business Profile work, a business with no website is the only prospect where you're not fighting a decision somebody already made. Nobody has to be talked out of their existing site. Nobody has to justify replacing something they paid for. The conversation starts from zero.
And these aren't failing companies. They're roofers with thirty years of referrals, full calendars and hundreds of reviews, who never needed a website because the work always came from a truck sign and word of mouth. They have money. They just have no front door.
Every phone number has been through a carrier lookup
This is the part nobody else does, and it's the reason these convert better:
20 mobile — usually the owner's cell
15 landline — usually the front desk
12 VoIP — often cannot receive SMS at all
3 toll-free — answering service
If you're texting a list that hasn't been sorted by line type, roughly a quarter of your messages disappear with no reply and no bounce. You never find out. This file tells you before you spend a single credit.

Two things I'll be upfront about
No email addresses. A business with no website has no domain, so there's no company email to find. Across 1,600 no-website roofing leads I found six. Anyone selling you "no-website leads with emails" at volume is generating them. Guessed emails wreck your sending reputation.
Some rows are flagged, and I left them in. A few businesses are service-area only with no street address published — those are marked "approximate" rather than filled in with a guess. Same with anything temporarily closed. You see exactly what's solid.
23 of the 50 have never claimed their Google listing. No website, no claimed profile, still taking calls. Claiming a listing on someone's behalf takes ten minutes, costs nothing, and is the easiest opening line in this business.
Verify it before you trust it
Every row has a clickable Google Maps link. Open three at random and look for the Website button — there isn't one. Then run two numbers through your own lookup and compare the line types against mine. Takes about three minutes. Nothing here asks to be taken on trust.
How to get it
Just comment "interested" and will send you the leads.
On outreach: US cold email to businesses is fine under CAN-SPAM with accurate sender details.
