My account got banned after the video had gone viral

I have restored my account and pages, but all of my pages got restricted. other problem I can't use my account in another device so the account now is working just on my phone if I try to log in fb request video selfie

Ah...your niche is illegal, then meta will ban you it's not about the viral video.
 
Typically, once a video goes viral, the system raises the level of review; if the ad contains non-compliant content, the account is highly likely to be banned. You can try to appeal, but if there are indeed policy-violating ads, I don't think it will be very effective.
 
Try submitting an appeal to Facebook to recover your account. If the ban was made by mistake, you may be able to get your account back through the appeal process. I hope your account gets recovered soon. Best of luck!
 
a sudden ban like that is frustrating hopefully it gets cleared up after a manual review.

Yeah I did. I recovered my account. I can login normally using my phone but when I try to login using pc fb requires verification
For pages I add one of my account as an admin so I can manage them now normally
 
It’s crazy to have an account lost without any warning or explanation as to why. The only option is to file an appeal, but that’s difficult when the account is flagged for impersonation.
 
Yeah, there’s still a chance. you should appeal before giving up on it. Facebook does have an appeal/review process for disabled accounts, and Meta has been improving its account-recovery and appeal tools recently.
 
Don't make another page right away. Check the account status first and use the review option if it's available.
 
That's really frustrating especially after finaly getting a viral reel. I'd first check the notification email from Facebook to see the exact reason for the ban then use the official appeal options if it's available. Hopefully you can recover the page & followers

If it was a mistake appeal the ban and check the exact reason first. If the Reels were compliant you may have a chance to recover the page.
 
Especially after going viral. I'd check why it got banned and appeal if you can. I wouldn't make another page until you know what triggered it.
 
If the ban was a mistake, I’d appeal through the option Facebook shows when you log in. I’d avoid making a new account immediately and first wait for the review result.
