A lot of times, the Mods don't get the positive shout-outs, so when something good happens, I like to make a notice.

A mod took the time to review my post and noticed that a client had already left a positive review, and then tried to double back and attack my brand because I wouldn't take credit for their faulty work.

So I just want to say thanks for taking the time to analyze the situation and correct it.

The first experience I've had like this so I just want to commend it.

Two mods: The first mod actually noticed it and removed it.... then the guy came back ... and got a post in somehow.... but a third mod came in and totally cleaned it up through good oversight.

Job well done. Whoever those two are, I just think they have great leadership skills.

The only thing I can ask now is just, since this was rectified, I believe the warning should be removed as well from my account for having a response but I've already submitted a ticket. Hopefully it will be done easily.

Cheers to those 2 Mods. I love seeing jobs well done.

Nice one, commending the mods guess we don't really do much of that.

Well, here goes.

Thanks to the mod that cleans up the dirt every time someone drops something that's against TOS scamming or phishy once reported they clean it up fast.

Well done guys and cheers to the next person to commend them...

The other mods put a lot of their own personal time into making sure the forum is clean, and it's threads like this that are why we do it, but also for the safety of everyone here.
The team here is great and really cares about people, and if you saw how much time they put into each and every ticket, you would be amazed, truly, as that is why not every ticket is done so quickly. I just help to clean up stuff here and there, but the other mods here do the heavy lifting and deserve the praise. I hope I am not speaking out of turn or for anyone else.

Also, the best way to help out is to report issues if you think something is going on, as you are really contributing a lot by doing so.

Yeah, there's some good mods here.

They should set the standard but even they cant save everything, I realize

I think we should just have ways to grade mods if we're paying here.

And also, mods who reply to reports should be identifiable so if there's anything 'strange' going on, root issues can be resolved even with mods.

A grading system would help keep BHW thriving because, honestly, a lot of the top-tier clients have left or no longer post compared to 5 years ago. I think open accountability for mods, along with users, could bring a lot of that money back.

The mods most liked by people paying money to supoport BHW could be the foundation of the forum operations.

After I made this post, another mod went back and reposted what was removed so it kind of dilutes what I thought was 'great' but doesn't take away from the fact there was someone in the mod group smart, protecting the forum rules.

Complicated times as AI advances and all of these bots are on the forum but i believe rewarding the right mods could improve everything a to z.

@GNews, we've got your ticket in Support, and we'll continue to communicate through that.

open accountability for mods,
Mods are already accountable. Staff, volunteers, we're part of a team, all answerable for the decisions we make.

Moderating isn't a popularity contest. The rules of the forum and the marketplace take priority.

Please separate rule enforcement from the moderator. Focus on the rule and the decision. If you, any member, disagrees with the output, be it a warning or a report, then you have the option to Contact Support

There has been no further input to this thread, and this isn't something we'll be looking to implement. It's too subjective.

@Mrnewbie - we'd echo your words right back to you; you are a very respected and valued part of this team. Thank you. :)
