Built a crypto casino with a different model where users can create their own games and earn from them. Now trying to solve distribution. Looking for real input from people who have actually ran traffic or operated in iGaming. Curious what actually brought your first depositors and what ended up not working.

google and x ads can both work for this. google has a gambling ad certification you need to get approved for first tho, otherwise your account gets nuked. if youre licensed in a recognized jurisdiction look into it or you can run ads with a cloaker to bypass.

x is easier to get started on. crypto audience is already there and their gambling ad policies are less strict than google. promoted posts showing off that game creator feature could do well.

For a crypto casino, I would focus on FTD right from the start, not registrations. I would split-test crypto-specific traffic, Telegram/KOLs, affiliates, and retargeting individually since the conversion funnel may be totally different than that for a standard casino. On average, recent tests suggest anywhere between ~$35 up to $130+ per FTD depending on GEO and traffic quality, so channels should be killed based on FTD CPA, not cheap traffic.

Another thing is the product itself - no friction with crypto deposits, quick withdrawals, and multiple assets is critical. This is why I really like platforms like NuxGame - crypto/fiat accounts, payments, and casino content are all built-in, leaving more time for focusing on acquisition.
