Suspended Facebook+Instagram account got suspended

Hey guys, a friend of mine got his personal IG + FB accounts suspended without doing anything wrong, his account was possibly hacked and used for something bad, but I'm not sure about that.
There is no way to appeal or contact facebook, any contact form I tried to find a way to appeal gives me Not Found error,
Do you have any idea if there is a way to recover such accounts?

If he thinks it was hacked, try Meta's hacked account recovery first. Check the suspension email/notification too, as it may show the reason or appeal option. If there's no appeal button, recovery can be difficult but still worth trying.
