Suspended Facebook+Instagram account got suspended

Hey guys, a friend of mine got his personal IG + FB accounts suspended without doing anything wrong, his account was possibly hacked and used for something bad, but I'm not sure about that.
There is no way to appeal or contact facebook, any contact form I tried to find a way to appeal gives me Not Found error,
Do you have any idea if there is a way to recover such accounts?

profile recovery are done with fb and Instagram with outline page details,need to profile owner to fill need/request informations and wait on given date for profile unleash/recovery with admin.

there is no button or no way to access the form to fill from the account it just says suspended, and download account info thats it.

If he thinks it was hacked, try Meta's hacked account recovery first. Check the suspension email/notification too, as it may show the reason or appeal option. If there's no appeal button, recovery can be difficult but still worth trying.
