almost 100% of people claiming to be fb insiders who can pull private campaign data are scammers. meta's internal access controls are extremely strict, so relying on fake insider services will only lead to losing money. that said, you can still gather useful intel using meta Ad Library, Spy tool or Pixel&funnel analysis

I think you can try meta ads library to check competitor campaigns and see the public details available.

This is very difficult because you can usually only find basic information about the format in the Ads library. If you are an expert, you can identify some problems from those basic formats. But going into detail is very difficult unless you are a Meta employee.
