Time zones and currencies may change before you add a payment method; once a payment method has been added, you cannot change it.

Accounts that have previously been used for spending cannot have their time zone changed.

The reason is that when you initially created the accounts, you selected a default time zone and currency that cannot be changed; there is no way to alter them now, so you can either continue using the current accounts or create a new Business Manager.

have you changed before yet? because we just only 1 time to change timezone and currency of ads account.

Once an add account is created, Meta usually doesnot allow changing it's currency or timezone. The practical solution is to create a new ad account with the correct settings. Since you already have 2 accounts, check your business manager ad account limit or contact meta support to request an increase.

Meta locks these settings after account creation. Check if you have admin access, otherwise the easiest fix is making a new ad account.

Hi there,

Hope this helps you:

-Change of currency would not be possible if you have running ads or campaign in the account

-Still accumulating balance from the recent Ads

-Has a balance in the account

-Has an active payment method in the account

-Still connected to the payment method of your BM

-Pixel is still assign

Fix this issues then it should allow you to change currency. Keep in mind that proceeding with currency change would also closed the current account and create a new one with the currency you have chosen

You cannot change the time zone or currency once an advertising campaign has been set up; to use different settings, you must change them before launching the campaign or use a different account.

Once an ad account is created meta generally locks the currency & time zone so they usually can't be changed later. You can try meta support first but if they can't help creating a new ad account with the correct settings may be the most practical options

Timezone and currency cannot be changed once you have a creative up and running. You can only reach out to Meta's support if you want to change these.

once an account has already been used for spending the time zone usually cannot be changed anymore.

thanks for your information

Only accounts created from a new Business Manager (BM) allow for the modification of all information: time zone, currency, and geographic location.

i was try this methods .but not working

it's the case for most platforms for compliance reasons, once a transaction has been processed some setting are locked forever

Please change your time zone before adding a payment method. I usually use a Visa card for payments; it's quite convenient.
