I built an outreach engine that runs inside Claude Code. You install it as a skill, point it at one published article on your site, and it finds the sites that could realistically link to it, qualifies each one, and drafts a personalized pitch per target.I'm opening 10 beta seats before it goes live on the marketplace. just reply here, no pm please. HOW IT WORKS
1 · Discovery. It reads what your article actually ranks for, then builds a candidate pool from competitor backlink profiles, sites ranking around you, sites cited by AI answers, and contributor-page footprints.
2 · Qualification. This is the part that makes it different: it opens every candidate site and reads it. Whether their articles genuinely link out or only to affiliates. Whether they take outside writers and on what terms it reads the write-for-us page and quotes the terms back to you. Whether that page is a real editorial door or a rate card. Spam score read on their own domain, audience size, and a contact route.
3 · Pitching. One personalized pitch plus two follow-ups per target, built from what it read on their site. It cannot invent details about the recipient, every claim has to trace back to something it actually found there.
WHAT YOU GET WHEN A RUN IS DONE
Two interactive dashboards per campaign, self-contained HTML, open in any browser, yours to keep:
- The plan : every candidate on one board with its metrics drawn as gauges: ask type, door status, audience vs yours, spam, outbound behavior. Everything the run found is on it, including what got rejected and the exact number it failed on
- The outreach : same board with the drafted pitches inside each target's row, next to the evidence they were written from
- Live filters : move your spam ceiling or traffic band and the list recuts instantly. Rejected a site you actually like? Hand-pick it and it gets drafted too
SENDING
Today it supports connecting your gmail to claude, and sending happens right in the conversation. You have the opportunity list and the drafted pitches in front of you; you say who to contact and it goes out from your own address. One target, three, all of them...
Same for the rest of the thread: ask it to check for replies and it reads your inbox and tells you who answered. Someone replied? Follow-ups for that site stop. Someone went quiet? Tell it to send the follow-up.
Before the tool goes live, other SMTP can be added aswell. But you can use any emails you want from today, it's just that it will be manual by copy pasting the pitch.
