I’m not aware of any active client currently experiencing unusual support delays, and I also don’t believe I’ve personally been in contact with you before, so I’m not sure which communication or delay you are referring to.
As one of the few agencies in this space, we have our own CRM where clients can handle all basic operational tasks directly, plus dedicated support channels via Telegram and Slack. Our team operates fully during weekends as well, and active clients receive ongoing support throughout the week.

- Direct-to-WhatsApp campaigns can be used, but for iGaming this is still a higher-risk setup, so no provider can realistically guarantee that an account will never be restricted.
