For Youtube Shorts, would you have any tips for helping my videos go viral?

Examples of my most recent videos after 48 hours:
30k views (then basically dies off)
400-500 likes
30-50 comments
20-30 video length
100%-125% watch time
70%-80% stayed to watch
 
Most of the channel fast grow by hitting the trend, especially with the shorts. Just posting consistently and testing, that works better than replying the courses early on.
 
Viral shorts = high retention + trending audio + hook in first second. Study successful channels in your niche. No magic. Consistency and value.

it is not bcz of any secret shortcut that produces such spikes.basically one short gets it right with his or her target audience nd the algorithm just keeps doing that. i would concenttrate on good hooks, retention nd testing as opposed to spamming with uploads. a few hundred views initially are quite normal.
 
tbh i dont think any paid course is worth it, most of them just repackage basic info you can find on threads here or on youtube for free. those channels getting millions of views instantly are usually just riding a trend or using aged accounts with high authority... just focus on making the first 3 seconds of your shorts impossible to scroll past and keep uploading.
