No, it's doesn't get you banned. You only need to make them high quality.
 
u can try same method i use with reddit, start with 1,3,5,5,5,7,7,9,10,12,15,15,15 and then 20

imo the number itself is not the main concern here. if ur videos are unique nd u do not engage in repetitive nd spamming actions, everything might work out fine for u. however, 20 posts per day is quite a lot of content so perhhaps u should start from posting fewer videos.
 
I’ve been warming up the account with one or two videos at a time for a month, and then I scale it up.
 
if you have endless content to post, why not as long as its unique. you will run into problems only if you keep spamming the same content
 
Is not really recommended to post 20 anything above 3/day is risky and not get any real benefits so stay under this number
