Is 1 million YouTube views still as valuable as we think?

For the same one million views, one video can earn a significant amount, while another generates considerably less revenue. Why is that?
there are different caption in post of the different videos for one to get million views while other getting low views it does get effect with hashtags attach when making the video upload.

What matters is the niche. Where the ads can make more money than on other niches. But ofcourse the more views you get the better but you cant compare the same revenue with other niche videos.

I think this differs and not the same result towards different accs. Some Geo locations earns higher than some because of geo location ads placement.
