Is 1 million YouTube views still as valuable as we think?

Are we talking about shorts views or long form views? Yes long form views are still valuable. But the money earned depends heavily on topic of the video, if it's random stuff then obviously advertisers are not paying for a place into it.
 
For the same one million views, one video can earn a significant amount, while another generates considerably less revenue. Why is that?
there are different caption in post of the different videos for one to get million views while other getting low views it does get effect with hashtags attach when making the video upload.
 
What matters is the niche. Where the ads can make more money than on other niches. But ofcourse the more views you get the better but you cant compare the same revenue with other niche videos.
 
I think this differs and not the same result towards different accs. Some Geo locations earns higher than some because of geo location ads placement.
 
1M views sounds huge, but the revenue can be totally different depending on where the viewers are from and what type of content it is
