I’m curious about how people are managing multiple ad accounts under a single Business Manager. Some say keeping many accounts together can create more issues, while others prefer managing everything from one place. Has anyone tested using one BM with multiple accounts compared to separating accounts into different BMs? Would like to know your experience.

It's not recommended for one BM to manage multiple accounts, it's best to handle them separately, as the quality of the BM can easily impact the advertising accounts.

i think it depends on the situation because managing from one bm is easier but having everything together can create more risk if there is an issue. because some people prefer separate bms to keep things more organized.

I think it depends on the size of your setup. For small teams one BM with multiple accounts works fine, but bigger setups usually separate things to avoid issues.

It is mainly depends on your business. If you have multiple managers then you could face difficulty. Handling one manager can be effective.

If you're working with white hat advertising, you can use BM with a large number of accounts, it's much more convenient.
But if you have at least some grey hat advertising, it's best to keep it separate.

Had multiple ad accounts under one BM without issues. The main thing is keeping access and billing properly managed.

Depends on the setup. For small operations one BM is fine, but bigger setups may prefer separating things for risk management.

Don’t split accounts without a reason. Keep them under one strong BM if everything belongs to the same business. Just maintain good account history, verify the BM, and keep assets organized. Use separate BMs only when you need to separate businesses or reduce risk.

Now, regarding BM, I believe that it becomes easier to handle when the accounts belong to related businesses; however, in case of unrelated and high-risk business, I would recommend keeping it separate from other projects. Moreover, always ensure that the policy of the platform is followed by individual accounts.

I have applied both method and according to me, it all depend on how many busines s you are operating. the tidy method is very convenient, but having a separation between the two become easier in the long run.

in my experience, one bm with multiple ad accounts is easier to manage if they are for the same business and if separate bm make more sense for different businesses or clients sso i would not create extra bm only to avoid account issues.

Running multiple ad accounts inside a single BM is fine for day to day management, but if one account triggers a major compliance restriction, Meta often flags the entire parent BM or shared payment profiles. Keeping separate BMs isolated on dedicated residential proxies ensures proper risk containment.

Depends on how many accounts you have. A few under one BM feels pretty normal, but I’d separate them if things get complicated.

One BM with multiple ad accounts is fine if they belong to the same business and everything is clean.

I’d only separate them when different clients, ownership, or risk needs to be isolated. Too many BMs can create more admin than benefit.

I’ve used multiple ad accounts under one BM and haven’t seen major issues when everything is compliant. It’s much easier to manage, but I think separating BMs can make sense for different businesses or higher-risk setups. Personally, I’d prioritize account quality and policy compliance over splitting BMs.

You should not consolidate too many accounts into a single Business Manager (BM). It is best to separate and manage them individually to prevent issues with one BM from affecting all your ad accounts.

It can make sense if you manage different brands or campaigns, but keep the accounts properly separated and make sure the business details are consistent. I would also avoid creating extra accounts without a real need.

the bigger risk is when some ad accounts get too many violations, that can affect the BM more than just having many accounts inside it.

yeah i think one BM can manage multiple ad accounts because if they’re for the same business and keeping them together is usually fine so just for different businesses separate the BMs are better.
