You need moderator toolbox on desktop or Reddit API script to bulk remove them, Reddit doesn't have button to remove all unmoderated posts.
In case the apps are not interfering with older submisions, then I would employ Reddit’s moderation tools/api to extract the already existing queue of unmoderated submissions and purge them out in chunks. Just make sure that you filter by ,unmoderated,

Hey Akash, you’ll need to use Reddit’s mod tools/API for older unmoderated posts. AutoModerator only handles new submissions.

API does not work for reddit anymore. Mod tools cant delete 10k+ Posts

You might need to use a Reddit API script for the older posts. Most apps seem limited with previous content. test it on a small batch first though.

Use the inbuilt subreddits tools to remove the unmoderated posts and also get more mods on the sub.

Maybe archive the subreddit and clean the backlog in batches instead of trying to remove everything at once

Have you tried using Reddit's mod tools and sorting the posts by oldest? Might be slower but it should let you clean up the older ones without relying on an app
