Hello, can you please look into this one? Went for $5 topup but during checkout, it's converted the currency to Euro... 5.8 euros is 6.65 USD, shouldn't it be 5.8 USD with the processing fee included? Tried contacting your support but they seem to be unable to understand the issue.

Hello, have you made the payment yet? Most likely, the payment system's fee is included in the payment; it is usually calculated as the payment amount plus the payment system's fee. If anything is unclear, please let me know.

I understand that part about the payment fee, it's 10% as per your checkout page, so that comes to $5.5, however, I was charged 5.8 EUROS... and that would be $6.61 as on today... So the issue here is the currency mismatch... you want to charge me in USD, but your payment gateway wants it in Euro during checkout (please refer the screenshot), we can't even switch it...
