Hello. I have created python bot, which chatting instead of me on platform (chat moderator platform). I'm not taking money directly from users and platform not mine, I just using bot to chat with users instead of me. In prompts I directly ask AI to deny, that it not real human, pretend always a real woman etc.. I used for tests opeanAI API, but after some time got warning (not banned, just warning). I understand, that it against opeanAI policies (to use bot and pretend to be real human, deny AI etc.). Also I ask to flirt with users (it adult chats, flirt chats, sometimes sexual). It worked well, but after warning I'm scary to move on with openAI. I know, that the best solution is to use self-hosted LLM, but at the moment I can't do it (don't have financial resources). Any AI API provider, which can allow it, or at least be less strict? I mean, I can handle possible ban from API provider, but I don't want to have legal/law issues (I just scared, that opeanAI can investigate it). What you can suggest?

What is your goal? What are you hoping to create and sell? Hopefully you're aiming your sights a bit higher than an e-whore bot to spam and scam on dating sites? That sounds like what your doing now. Nobody i think can afford an indefinite talking chat bot where they are doing it for free, so what are you expecting to happen or do next?

I think you're mixing two separate risks here: provider policy and actual law.
An OpenAI warning usually means your usage was detected as potentially violating their policies. It doesn't automatically mean you're under some kind of legal investigation. If you continue doing the exact same thing, the more realistic risk is getting the API access suspended or terminated.
Switching providers might solve the API restriction depending on their rules, but it doesn't solve the underlying question. I'd first check whether the moderator platform itself allows automation and AI impersonation, because that's probably more important than finding an API that simply doesn't ban you.
If you test another provider, read their acceptable use policy first rather than assuming "less strict" means this specific use case is allowed.

Goal, to have an AI bot, which answer to user messages and pretend to be real human (deny, that this is AI). Currently some new rules added, so basically AI API providers don't allow it.
I run it on my own PC and even watching it. So it kind a helping to work me (and yes, platform allow it). So main issue is API provider

I don't get it, chatgpt and grok etc, you (or anyone ) can all call upon their API, for help as a chat bot for their service. But your trying to reinvent the wheel, and break T&C of these companies. So the issue isn't the provider is it?
What is so special about a prompting bot with a custom "talk like a human" in built command?
Most people want to know if they are talking to a clanker or not. Its only scammers that would use a product like this if you ever had the resources to full develop it.

I would research more providers (unfortunately, I cant suggest any currenty). However, any provider you come across read their use case documents very well so you don't get into trouble with crossing the line.
I won't sell anything... This is only for my use, on my own PC - nothing more. I working as chat moderator and this tool just help me write messages faster
Using on my own PC, just to answer user messages (I freelance as flirt chat operator).
