I have the same need as you, but I have a question: should I buy an account or rent one? From what I understand, Google’s vetting process is quite strict, so accounts frequently get suspended; if I were to buy one, I’d end up losing money if it got locked

Note: I have also run gambling campaigns on Facebook.

Buying or rent account do not secure it getting suspended the only thing that keep it running successfully is a well traffic filter setup

For gambling ads Id sort out the policy and licensing requirements first since Google’s rules can vary by country After that focus on relevance and landing page quality rather than trying to find shortcuts

From my opinion you should focus on Google certification, local licensing, compliant landing pages and accurate conversion tracking. There are not any specific tricks to bypass costs or restrictions and for cheaper ads, you can work on relevant keywords, strong quality score and good conversion data.
