Check and learn from other influencers in your niche. How the create their reels, their captions, hooks, etc,etc, it's not that hard to learn. And influencers /Leaders don't do "following a big number of other people" every day , the right audience comes to you. Not like;
"I follow 100 people every day to grow my FB" ........

Honestly, for the 45–65 audience, useful content and active discussions work best. Join relevant groups, share helpful posts, invite the right people, and use ads to boost what’s already working.
I’d focus on getting the right people rather than just chasing member numbers. Share useful posts consistently, invite people who are genuinely interested in the topic and promote the group naturally from related pages or communities where it’s allowed. Give new members a reason to stay by keeping discussions active and responding to comments.
It would be centered on a common reason to return, rather than be part of our community. Polls, local news and how to articles would draw more attention from those aged 45 to 65 than promotional postings could.
