a suspended account can sometimes impact new advertising.1st i would ensure that the ad account and billing have no issues as well as ensuring that there are no violations currently associated with the page.when there have been past limitations it is best to deal with that before creating new ads.
 
It has an impact, actually, but not a significant one, u can still use the page normally.
The page is only likely to face restrictions if an excessive number of profiles get banned.

There will definitely be a slight impact, but it shouldn’t be significant. You can give it a try and test it out

Yes i think it could affect the new ad account because if the page was involved in the policy issue and also its better to fix the issue first before running new ads.
 
Could be. Facebook's got this super strict cross-asset risk control system now—if one thing gets hit, the rest of your stuff is at risk too.
 
If the account has been banned, appealing is not an option. You should create or purchase another ad account; that way, you will save time.
 
yeah a banned account can cause issues with new ads too.its better to use a separate ad account and a clean payment method then make sure the page doesnt have any policy violations before running ads again.
 
Yeah, the Page can affect the new ad account, especially if the previous ban was related to the Page or business itself. If the issue was only with the ad account, you should be fine.
I'd check the Page's Account Quality first before running ads again.

Sure, it will affect new ads account if browser data (cookie and cache) not clear and profile not switch to differentiate the profile with the suspend account.
 
yeah a page can sometimes have an effect on a fresh ad account.if that page was connected with ads that got restricted or banned before meta may review the new setup more closely and delivery could also be limited when you use the same page again.
