Bing Ads lead gen - am I targeting wrong audience?

We had the same issue with Bing lead gen.Bing traffic behaves very differently from Google sometimes

Have you looked at the search terms report? Sometimes the keywords look fine, but the actual queries triggering ads are not a great fit.

Try checking search terms, adding negative keywords, and using audience filters because bad traffic usually comes from irrelevant queries.

Hey,
Running a lead gen campaign on Bing Ads, getting clicks but leads quality is really bad. Client is complaining leads are not converting on their end.
Tried changing keywords but same result.
Anyone here who runs lead gen on Bing, how do you filter out bad traffic? Any specific audience settings you use?
Thanks
Try narrowing the audience by location, device, and time of day. Sometimes low quality leads come from specific segments that can be excluded.

i think you can try focusing on exact keywords and tracking which traffic brings real leads and also thhen cut the sources that bring bad leads.

check your publisher website report. bing syndicated search partners is almost always where the garbage traffic comes from. they make it hard to opt out now but you can extract the bad domains and add them as exclusions. also if bots are spamming your forms, add a simple honeypot or cloudflare turnstile. another thing is bing autofill... it pushes a lot of dead emails from old microsoft accounts, so disabling autofill on your landing page forms stops people from just clicking submit with fake info.

Add negative keywords from the bad search terms and exclude low quality locations. That should help clean the traffic.

I’d check the search terms report first, not just keywords. sometimes Bing brings a lot of broad or low intent traffic even when the keywords look fine.
try adding more negative keywords and separate high intent keywords into their own campaign. also check device, location and audience network traffic because bad leads can come from there too.

yes i think you should try adding negative keywords and check which search terms bring bad leads and also test different audience settings and then track which keywords bring better leads.
