WORK THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED
Portions of the advertising budget that have already been spent are non-refundable by us.
Any unspent advertising budget is refundable.
Agency-fee refunds depend on the amount of work already completed.
Example 1:
Ads have spent $1,000 out of a $10,000 advertising budget.
The remaining $9,000 advertising budget is refundable.
Example 2:
We have completed 50% of the agreed work but have not spent any of your advertising budget.
The applicable refundable amount would be the full unspent advertising budget plus the uncompleted portion of the agency fee.
CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
We do not guarantee a specific number of conversions, revenue amount, ROI, ROAS, CPA or profit.
Advertising performance depends on factors including the offer, GEO, competition, platform behavior, budget, creative performance, landing-page performance and market conditions.
A campaign underperforming does not automatically constitute grounds for an agency-fee refund if the agreed service has been delivered.
