Online Crypto Casino and B2B Solution - from 0 and to the moon

So, I've been here for about 10 years or more, had a different account, but lost my pass or forgot the login - cant even remember tbh. Anyways, trying to finally build something useful in my life. A lil' about the crew and the setup:

CREW
The crew consist of 2 teams, one team is 8 developers, who are building casino platform with the website, games and sportsbook (not official, version but really qualitative). The second team - 2 Compliance and AML specialists, and highly experienced Sys Admin.

Previously, I have started my own crypto casino, but once everything was built, I faced some issues with gaming provider and money, even considering this is a grey approach in my case. And I just left it as it is, received about 100-ish customers with 0 deposits. After a while, I found (accidently) a team of developers, who are building their own solution. I thought to myself - this must be the sign!

And now, I am planning to integrate their games to my online casino, considering I dont have any funds, I am planning to promote it with the RevShare solution (if some of you guys have any contacts I would be grateful) and TikTok, and maybe some other channels.

The second source of an income - b2b solution for online crypto casino - currently, I am building a website, with all the bundles and offers. It will include - creation of a platform and the website, game and sportsbook API integration, hosting options, compliance and payment solutions and much more. So the idea is to create something similar to the classic white label solution, but only without actual license, but with full assistance with the application process.

Every service offered on the website, can be purchased separately, which I find quite innovative (but perhaps I am not the first one to offer such things). Customizable bundles for the purchase etc.

I started this journey, for the same reasons, most likely, all the other people start their journeys here - to keep myself motivated, receive valuable advices and support those who still hesitate to start their path.

Best of luck, bro. I’m just about to launch mine — fully licensed and custom-built. It took almost six months to get everything done. I started with agencies but ended up hiring in-house devs.

Just remember one thing: it all comes down to marketing. That’s why even crappy casinos with solid marketing still crush it. Figure out player acquisition first. Crypto players are more expensive to acquire.

Try run some affilate offers for other casinos first thats why i did to prove i could get them

Fully agree on that! Currently it is tough with the marketing part. Starting with classics - revshare, maybe some other affiliate offers. It is really hard with the marketing when you do not have any extra capital. Not much money can be invested when you busting your ass on a full time job unfortunately.

Launching this without funds almost seems like an impossible task. An offshore License alone cost already 20-30k a year. You def can get cracked games running and some merchant accounts who don't care and require you to have a license, but you still need funds for the marketing itself.

Launching a turnkey casino you should have at least 200k in the bank imo. Custom will require much more as you have to pay for all the devs. Either way I don't want to discourage, but everything related to casino, any service will basically try to fleece you for your money, so be aware.

pretty interesting path forward, whats the update now?

I went through something similar, and our biggest mistake was treating the platform itself as the product.

We had 100+ registrations from early traffic, but only 4 FTDs. Once we tracked the funnel properly, the problem was acquisition/offer fit, not the number of games.

On the technical side, we compared NuxGame with SoftSwiss and Slotegrator and eventually used NuxGame for part of the stack. It saved us months of rebuilding game integrations, wallet flows and back office.

Curious about your numbers: how many of those 100 users actually reached the cashier, and which GEOs were they from?
