[Journey] Starting New OFM agency from scratch (livestreaming it 24/7)

Also had another creator run a livestream today
61 viewers ($5 entry)
+ $600 tips = $905

Not terrible for an hour and a half work for her.

I think with the right advertising I’ll get her to be able to be streaming at $1000-1500 per hour within a week.

Started with a person i knew in person back in 2022, then recruited from reddit (back then it was super easy) very little management so over half the messages you sent were actually the potential client now its maybe 1% if that lol.

Then word of mouth one aussie creator oh i work with him he is good then they want to work, or they dm on the account i manage and i say hey look I am management but i can help you too if want.

A big rule i never worked with anyone who had not started OF only worked with people who had been doing it for a while or however long.

Super easy back then but then again now marketplaces exists so its just as easy just requires a bit of capital

Roughly 15K Net this week between a couple of the new accounts.

Good to see 5 figures for the last 7D on at least one here.

Should be 20-25k these next 7D between these 4 accounts.

aged doesnt mean warmed up no, normally just a couple days of scrolling normal interactions.
 
My first consulting clients first day
+$300 day 1

took us a bit more time then expected to have everything running but wanted it to be done right would be cool to see $1000+ on his first week of ofm ever

Update first consulting clients first 24hrs
note - only 1 chatter doing 8 hour shift for now (referred him one of my old chatters who grinds)

better first 24 hours then myself when i started this challenge lol. (note the post above is part of this that was just the first 8 hours with a chatter i guess you can this is the first full day 24hrs)
