Avoid DMCA for Adult Tube?

I have a procedural adult tube generator which takes a list of links (from redtube, xnxx, etc.) and creates HTML pages embedding the media.
What are some things I can do to keep the site safe from DMCA?
I'm not hosting any of the videos myself as they're just embedded. Does that help me?

Any advice appreciated.

Search for @Rachmaninoff posts - he is into movie streaming but the problems are the same.

I don't think you would have any DMCA problems, unless one of the videos you've embedded is copyrighted material uploaded to the host site, which seems to happen less often now for big tube sites.

You would only have DMCA issues if you're embedding videos from leak sites.

is this still an issue i should be aware of when starting an adult tube site on wordpress that embeds videos from other sites? or is it not an issue with choosing whatever host nowdays

I have a tube site with 100,000 videos, and I've received about 10 DMCA takedown requests in a year. The problem is that DMCA requests remove them directly from Google search results, and after a while, if you have too many of them, Google will ban you entirely.

You're not hosting the videos only embedding them as you said, what would be the trouble if hiding that page? Else you have to find a hosting provider that ignores such requests themselves, otherwise they will take you down so in my opinion

Find an offshore server hosting, and don't host the full videos yourself but embed them instead, this evades a good headache in the future .. trust me
