1. accepts card payments

2. fully non kyc

3. pays in crypto

Finding a processor that legitimately offers all four is going to be difficult, especially the fully non-KYC requirement. I’d focus on processors that are transparent about compliance and support crypto payouts, then check whether recurring billing and descriptor changes are available.
