How to post on Marketplace?

Hello, if I want to post on Marketplace is either of these 2 options, right?
1. Jr. VIP ( 147$ / Year ) + 30$ / Post
2. Marketplace Seller ( 749$ / Year ) + 30$ / Post

Like I am a bit confused, if I get the Jr. Vip I can start posting, but why the extra 30$ / Post?

Also same works with the Marketplace Seller?

You need either Jr. VIP or Marketplace Seller to be able to sell/open your own sales thread on BHW.

The extra $30 is the listing fee for each Marketplace thread (per year), so it's separate from the membership itself.

Jr. VIP also has the 60 days + 100 posts requirement, while Marketplace Seller can be purchased without waiting.
