Are other people experiencing this issue?
I’m currently running a TikTok GMV Max campaign, but my ads aren’t spending any money even though I’ve already topped up the balance in my account. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

yes i have already done that, but my account still not spending any money. I just dont know why

test by creating new ad campaigns in another industry - if it goes live, then check the main ad campaigns creatives and edit them

Could be the ROI target. GMV Max can sometimes barely spend if the target is too aggressive even when there’s money in the account. Try lowering it a bit and see if delivery starts.

It's probably flagged, it happens a lot when tiktok triggers something which does not look good to them.

Your solutions..? Not too many, create another acc

Could be a campaign side issue rather than the balance itself.
I’d check the delivery status and account eligibility first

You might have set the ROI too high; try lowering it and see what happens.
