Hey guys,
Lately I'm seeing a very consistent pattern: new ad accounts get approved and run normally for the first 3–6 days, but then suddenly get disabled around day 7 — even with slow warm-up, clean creatives, simple campaign structure and proper billing.
It feels like Meta has changed something big this year.
For those still running ads successfully:
  1. Are you also experiencing this exact 3–7 day disable pattern?
  2. What do you think is the main trigger right now?
  3. What’s your current warm-up and scaling method that’s keeping accounts alive longer?
Would really appreciate real experiences only.
Thanks!

Yes, many people are seeing this lately. It looks like Meta is doing a deeper review after a few days of activity. Even if the ads run fine at first, the system may flag the account later once more data is collected.

Yeah, i have noticed this too and i will even appreciate if there is a way to go about it.

In my opinion, this isn't a specific account issue, but rather Meta's system reviewing advertising campaigns after a few days of activity. That's why many new accounts are closed after 3-7 days. The account might still be running and delivering ads normally, but the AI is checking reported campaigns. Advertisers are returning to the platform, so they will compete and report each other's campaigns. Therefore, the AI will be more active and scanning more aggressively.

The 7 day trigger is Meta's automated review cycle kicking in after initial approval, it's been consistent since early 2026. Aged business managers with established payment history are surviving longer than fresh setups. Warm up slower than you think you need to, $5-10/day for the first week with zero scaling, then increase no more than 20% every few days.

Lately, there have been a lot of account suspensions due to Meta’s new algorithms. Only high-quality advertising accounts can save the day, but in our experience, even accounts with five years of history have been permanently suspended. Ad accounts have always been blocked, so you need to treat them as disposable and have backup accounts, as well as Business Manager accounts where you don’t run ads but only create pixels, so that the information from the pixels is stored separately and doesn’t get lost when the Business Manager is blocked

Recently, Meta has tightened its algorithm, causing many ad accounts to be restricted or suspended, even long-standing ones. Therefore, you should treat ad accounts as “disposable” and prepare a backup system.

How to handle and fix it:
  • Use high-quality accounts and minimize policy violations
  • Always have backup accounts ready to switch campaigns when needed
  • Separate Business Managers and use them only for creating pixels, not running ads directly
  • Keep pixels active and stable to avoid losing data when an account is restricted
  • Avoid sudden changes in budget, content, or landing pages
The right mindset: don’t rely on a single account, but build a system of multiple accounts and separate pixels to reduce risk and maintain stable advertising performance.

seeing this pattern a lot lately
new accounts run fine for a few days and then get disabled
fb is much stricter with new accounts and spend patterns now
some cases can still be fixed depending on setup
you can message me if you need help

have you checked your device IP yet ?
if your IP has been flagged by meta then no matter how many accounts you use they will all get swept

we only run ads for clean products yet ad restrictions still occur is this because the accounts arenot strong enough in many cases even with wh products a low trust score or a weak account history can trigger the system's automated flags especially during strict scanning periods

I ever seen similar reports, but there's rarely a single trigger. A lot of accounts pass the initial checks and then get reviewed again once enough activity, spend, and behavioral data has accumulated.

Yeah, I’ve seen people mention this too. I’d pay more attention to the account’s trust signals than just the warm up, business details, billing history, domain and Account Quality can all matter when Meta reassesses an account.

Do you use standard accounts or Business Manager?
What kind of ads do you run?
Do you use an antidetect browser? Which proxies do you use?

Even "white-hat" advertisers can face blocking issues.
