What's one social media metric you completely ignore now?

I mostly ignore follower count. You can have thousands of followers and still get no leads or sales. I'd rather track engagement, website clicks, conversions, and actual business results than vanity metrics.

Big numbers can look great on reports, but they don’t always mean real business growth.
I’d focus more on qualified traffic, conversions, leads and revenue than vanity metrics.

Following numbers does not matter to me too much anymore. Being able to attract an audience is not worth much when your post can not generate clicks or conversions.
The engagement by the right followers will tells me more than any thing elses.
