Unexpected restrictions combined with vague support responses are definitely the biggest head-ache. You can run completely clean ads for weeks, and then get hit with a restriction out of nowhere. Trying to guess what triggered the algorithm makes appealing almost like a coin toss.

The challenge still stems from Facebook. If Meta maintains the status quo and doesn't run scans, things will remain stable from start to finish.
