Unfortunately finding such domains is not a simple process, especially if you want one in the same niche with decent authority.
 
It's a buffer site. He definitely purchased an expired domain where the broken anchor replaced with his money site. You can do those kind of pharma traffic by spamming tiered link building with SEO tools like GSA SER / Ranker X. I personally use those tools for tier 2 and tier 3 for legit websites however my friend creates doorway sites / buffer sites and directly pumping. Anyway it's related to churn and burn and ranking will last only for a few months and ofc mostly those are high ROIs
