can a permanently suspended reddit account be restored?

appeals rarely work unless it was an obvious false positive. if you got suspended for ban evasion or spam, reddit already flagged your device fingerprint and ip range. best move is a clean break - new ip, new browser profile, new email, and warm it properly. dont reuse anything from the old setup.

Some banned Reddit accounts can still be recovered if the appeal is successful, but unfortunately, that doesn’t happen very often.
 
honestly appeals are a waste of time for most cases. reddit doesnt just ban the account, they flag your whole fingerprint. better off starting fresh with proper warming than chasing a permaban. been there done that too many times.
 
In rare cases, it is possible. You have to appeal suspension just like in case of other social media platforms.
 
Unless the permanent suspension was caused by a clear automated false flag, Reddit rarely restores permabanned accounts.
 
Just create a new account, who cares what the nerds on Reddit do? I'm on my 50th account now
