Found domain with foreign backlinks

Foreign backlinks are not automatically bad. If they came from real sites and match the old topic, fine.
If the anchors are random casino/pharma/adult stuff, or the domain used to be in a totally different niche, I’d be careful before building on it.

i think not always because it depends on the backlink quality and also if they are from good websites it’s fine and just check if there are any spammy links.

Not necessarily. I’d check where those backlinks are coming from and whether they look natural. I deal with domains through NakamaID too, and foreign backlinks alone wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me.
