Does anyone explain how to transfer a website to another person in easy, fast and safe way?

Easiest way to migrate was by using an updraftplus , just install it and make back up of the site using this plugin and then same install this plugin on new hosting place then restore the backup this includes of database , theme , plugins and mediam.

Usually I create a full backup of the website first, then move the files and database separately. This gives more control during the transfer.

I also tried this method. First send detabase file link to download and then this.

You have done database update i.e sql upload along with this wp content need to uploaded..

I tried this method but I experienced by hostinger backup. It is strong than updraft backup during website transfer.

If you haven't connected or hosted any other sites on that hosting then just hand over the hosting login details and they will change info as per their data. Safe and Easy if there is no any of your other sites connected to that hosting.
 
This is also a option but I think this is not good option.

First use middle man, who is trusted for both person, transfer all stuff, and let him hold the money, once client say ok, middle man will give u money thats it.
 
For a WordPress transfer, I’d avoid messing around with individual database tables unless there’s a reason to. A full site migration plugin is much easier. I normally export everything into one backup, send it over, then the new owner installs WordPress and imports the package. Once the domain and DNS are switched, I just run through the site to check everything loads properly.
 
hey, i'd probably just zip everything and send it like a package. but i'm pretty sure there's a right way and a wrong way. hostinger way sounds safe enough. hope the other person doesn't mess it up. fingers crossed for you.

I always migrate the domain, the files and the data base separately and then allows the buyer to test it and only when every thing works fine does i move on to transfers the other components.
 
Use an escrow service then securely transfer the domain hosting files and database.
 
i’d move a full copy to the buyer’s hosting first, let them confirm everything works, then transfer the domain last… less chance of turning a simple sale into downtime
 
I would suggest transferring the website and the domain as two separate stages. First copy the site, database and email configuration to the buyer’s hosting, lower DNS TTL, and let the buyer test everything. Then verify the registrant email, remove transfer locks where applicable, obtain the Auth Code, and check whether a 60-day restriction applies. Transfer the domain last, then verify DNS, DNSSEC, SSL and mail records. Keep the original hosting available briefly as a rollback option.
