Does anyone explain how to transfer a website to another person in easy, fast and safe way?

Easiest way to migrate was by using an updraftplus , just install it and make back up of the site using this plugin and then same install this plugin on new hosting place then restore the backup this includes of database , theme , plugins and mediam.
 
Usually I create a full backup of the website first, then move the files and database separately. This gives more control during the transfer.

I also tried this method. First send detabase file link to download and then this.
